How It Works

Before the event…

Having Draft Wagon serve your event is as simple as filling out our inquiry form to get the conversation started. A member of our team will then reach out within 48 hours to learn more about the vision for your event. We will talk about our capabilities to make sure it is a good fit, go over pricing, and if you like what you hear, we will send you a contract confirming a date and time. We are happy to coordinate with event planners as much or as little as needed leading up to your event.

(Note that confirming a date requires a 50% deposit)

Day of the event…

On the day of your event, we will transport the Nova and be in position at your venue an hour prior to the start of your event. We will hook up the kegs, ice down any drinks that need to be chilled, and setup the serving station with any specialty drinks. We will serve for the allotted amount time agreed upon in the contract. After the event, we will stay at the venue for up to an hour cleaning our station to the standards of the venue, box up any leftover alcohol, and load it up in the host’s vehicle.

  • For private events (weddings, private parties, etc…) we cannot bring the alcohol. All of the product will need to be at the venue when we arrive so we can setup to serve. We are happy to chat with you about your alcohol selection and connect you to a list of suppliers you can order from.

    Appearing as a vendor at a public event will be determined on us being granted a Special Event Permit and will be handled on a case by case basis.

  • Draft Wagon is currently fitted with four taps. We heavily recommend ordering sixtels (1/6 barrels) so we can change out kegs more efficiently.

  • At this time, we can only serve beer out of the taps. Wine, liquor drinks, and non alcoholic beverages will be prepared at the serving station.

  • We provide a service station and have all the necessary equipment to ice down, prepare, and serve beverages. Details about customization can be finalized on a call with our booking coordinator.

  • Each and every event is a little bit different. Hop on a call with us so we can learn about your specific needs and draft a quote for you.

  • That’s okay! We can extend our time of service for $250/hr.

  • Absolutely! Events within 40 miles of Chattanooga are included in our package. Events outside of that distance will be charged a mileage fee of $1/mile.

  • In order to reserve your date, we will need a 50% deposit. The remaining amount will be due on the day of your event. Refunds will be handled as follows:

    60 days before your event- Full refund

    30-60 days before your event- 50% refund

    30 days and sooner- No refund

  • All of our bartenders have their ABC licenses. Draft Wagon has general liability and liquor insurance.
